Cloud Analyst

We have an immediate hiring need for a Senior Business Analyst.Responsibilities:•Acts as as the primary contact/relationship manager for a IT Architects, Senior IT Managers, etc.•Consults with the IT Architects and Senior Managers to understand goals and objectives for a specific initiative or project to gather requirements•Analyses and documents business and solution requirements using Jira and Confluence•Acts as a primary requirements management contact on projects•Builds relationships and works collaboratively with stakeholders to identify solutions and resolve variance from product/application specifications.•Reviews testing documentation and participates in triaging defects to ensure business needs and solution requirements are met.•Participates in post implementation reviews and processes (e.g. lessons learned, post-install application verifications, warranty support reviews etc.).•Provides subject matter expertise on specific application usage or area of knowledge (for IT Projects)•Supports other team members in achieving project/ business objectives and providing client services.•Provide Support to Scrum Masters for projects•Elicit conversations to facilitate resolutions of issues that arise during developmentADVANTAGESCarve your niche and work with a growing team within a large enterprise firm. Primary tasks related to Production Support Analyst role include but are not limited to: Provide timely resolution of functional and technical issues and report incidents to the appropriate chain of command. End user community includes FO, MO, Product Controls, and Risk.Troubleshoot functional issues in a complex financial environment, with various applications and architecture regionally and/or globally. Multi-tasking environment.Provide functional and technical expertise to produce and promote maintainable and quality solutions.
