    Reporting to the BTS Operations Manager, you will get to play a lead role in progressing our cloud strategy with emphasis on providing better or easier ways to manage our global IT landscape.

    Advantages
    Administer - Plan, implement, troubleshoot and maintain cloud infrastructure and services on the Microsoft Azure platform
    Administer - Plan, implement, troubleshoot and maintain local on-premise infrastructure including Microsoft Windows and Vmware
    Support - Ensure all IT infrastructure (Local or Cloud) are administered with emphasis on availability, reliability, security and scalability
    Collaborate -Work on cross-team initiatives with other Corporate IT teams such as IT Networking, IT Security Department and/or the Corporate Development team.
    Play a key role - In the establishment of cloud governance frameworks and management controls.
    Plan, Deploy, install, upgrade and maintain system and cloud infrastructure.
    Identify, Propose and Implement- opportunities for process and service improvements.
    Troubleshoot, problem solve and coordinate resolution - For any technical issues; coordinating cross members team or external support providers as necessary.

    Responsibilities
    Assist in design, deployment and support of PaaS and IaaS solutions in a public and private cloud platform such as Azure and VMware.
    Perform necessary migration of data and services from private to public cloud platforms.
    Assist in the operational development of newly implemented Azure applications and microservices.
    Provide support for Azure Microservices and applications.
    Define innovative solutions using concepts such as infrastructure-as-code, deployment orchestration, automation templates, and scripting.
    Handle case management, incident management, change management, and proactive monitoring of the global hybrid cloud infrastructure hosting our enterprise-class application.

    Qualifications
    10+ years of experience as a full time IT professional
    3+ years of experience designing and supporting Azure environments, including IaaS and PaaS
    Microsoft Azure Certification , Good to have
    Solid understanding of current and emerging Azure services, tools, and offerings
    Solid understanding of the Azure service implementation, interconnecting, and security best practices, and patterns
    Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science, Math or Engineering)
    Demonstrable experience deploying enterprise workloads to Azure.
    Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages
    Hands-on experience with one or more infrastructure configuration management systems such as Terraform, Ansible or Salt
    Experience designing and supporting enterprise core services as well as cloud deployments of these services
    Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Enterprise software products and services
