CNC Machinist - Weiler

As a WEILER CNC Machinist, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of materials, including but not limited to steel, aluminum, and titanium. Responsibilities
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in CNC machining.
- Proficient in CNC programming for VDF Weiler machines.
- Skilled in handling and using measuring tools to ensure high-quality machining results.
- Capable of performing proper setup of machines, including selection and use of appropriate tools and materials.
- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring the machines and tools are in good working condition.
- Actively participate in initiatives to improve safety, productivity, profitability, and efficiency within the manufacturing environment.
- Experienced in making necessary adjustments and maintenance to the CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Qualifications
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Skilled in setting up and operating VDF WEILER CNC lathes.
- Knowledgeable about cutting tools, fixtures, and tool holders.
- Competent in using metrology tools for quality control.
- Compliant with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and machining techniques.
