Responsibilities
- Inspect blueprints for projects
- Program and Set up your machine
- Diagnose and troubleshoot production equipment and/or facility equipment
- Follow department policies and procedures and work within industry guidelines
- Participate in troubleshooting equipment for repair
- Edit /write existing programs
Qualifications
Experience in programming and running CNC/ conventional machines
Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
Familiar with principles of hydraulics, pneumatics, run-in analysis, and PLC’s
Knowledge of mechanical systems, metal fabrication and machining
Ability to edit /write existing programs
