Responsibilities
- Full Set up and operation of CNC lathe machines
- Inspect and measure, using precision measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, shadowgraph, gauge pins and fixed gauges
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Abide by all health and safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with other functions within the machine shop as requested
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Familiar with Fanuc controls
- Proficient in other machine shop equipment (e.g. metal grinders, shears, drills, saws, etc)
- Experience working with precision measuring devices
