Responsibilities
Import, manipulate, and process 3D models
Machine steel with close attention to health and safety requirements
Program, setup and operate the CNC machine using Powermill, Lemoine, or Tebis software
Machine mold plates, components, cores and cavities
Verify dimensions of machined parts using precision measuring instruments
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Five (5) years of related experience operating CNC
Five (5) years’ experience programming CNC machines (Lemoine, Powermill and/or Tebis software is preferred
