Responsibilities
What YOU will be doing as a CNC Operator - Oakville:
- Knowledge of proper feeds and speeds
- Must be able to identify NC code (G Codes)
- Able to call up programs to select tool paths, edit/modify programs (changing speeds of the feed)
- Must have a good understanding of the machines’ capabilities - experience with Fanuc is an asset
- Able to use Calipers, Verniers, bore and height gauges as well as other measuring tools
- SPC knowledge is an asset
Qualifications
What do YOU bring to the role of CNC Operator - Oakville?
- 2+ years of experience setting-up and operating CNC lathe and milling machines
- Experience with jib and/or overhead cranes
- Flexible with schedule, days and afternoons
- Able to coordinate operation of two machines
