    Our automotive client in the Vaughan area has partnered with Randstad Engineering in their search for a CNC Programmer.

    Job Title: CNC Programmer (Punch Press)
    Type - Programming Amada and Finn-E/H
    Industry - Automotive Parts Manufacturer
    Salary $25-30/hr +overtime after 40 hours.
    Shift - Day Shift
    Full Time permanent

    Responsibilities
    Created programs for FinnE, FinnH, Strippit, and Amada Laser machines on daily basis
    • Program, and set up Strippit punching machine.
    · Make Program and Sheering schedules in Excel for all the machines to run
    · Communicate with Designer Engineers on design updates and New Toolings
    · Managed the machine operators on what program to run first and decrease downtime
    · Use AutoCAD Mech 2021 to design special name tag for the CEO of company
    · Make programs for Amada Laser machine,
    · Use SMP to make programs for the Finn E, Finn H and Strippit machines


    Qualifications
    A post-secondary diploma or certification in a related field is preferred.
     Machining experience is an asset.
     Experience with Punch press and Laser machines is considered an asset.
     Must be able to read and interpret drawings.
     Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel.
     Must remain open to continuous learning.
     Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
