READ AND INTERPRET TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
CALCULATE AND MEASURE THE DIMENSIONS AND TOLERANCES OF THE ELEMENTS TO BE MACHINED
CHECK USING MEASURING INSTRUMENTS
PROGRAM SETTINGS
MACHINING, DEBURRING ACRYLIC PARTS
PERFORM SANDBLASTING
INSTALL 'INSERTS'
TOLERANCE FROM 0.01 TO 0.05
METALS: ALUMINUM, PLASTIC
Qualifications
DEP IN MACHINING OR ASP IN MACHINING
KNOWLEDGE OF TRIGONOMETRY FORMULAS
KNOWLEDGE OF MEASUREMENT TOOLS (CALIPERS, MICROMETER)
2 YEARS MINIMUM EXPERIENCES
KNOWLEDGE OF MASTERCAM AND SOLIDWORK
BILINGUALISM.
