Position: Permanent
Pay rate: 70K+ depending on experience
Location: Delta, BC
The warehouse manager duties are:
- maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
- controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; entering and maintaining computer inventory software systems
- maintains documentation and keeps accurate records of warehouse activities
- ensures effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
- provides overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the operation, ensuring a safe and a productive workplace
- Train, coach, and motive team
Qualifications:
- Must be located in BC and legally permitted to work in Canada
- Minimum 2+ years of warehousing supervisory experience
- Forklift certified (SDCB)
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Computer knowledge is required
- Able to multi-task and coordinate team members
- Must be detail oriented and show initiative
- Passionate and takes pride in their job
- A great team player/motivator that leads and mentors a team
