Responsibilities
- Collect delinquent accounts based on the age of the accounts (over the phone)
- Resolve collection problems by making arrangements with the customer
-Respond to customers regarding billing (statement of account, copy of invoice, etc.)
- Analyze the risks of credit applications
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years experience in collections
- Fluency in French and fluency in English (oral and written)
- Flexibility, courtesy and analytical skills
