Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable (60%)
Collection of delinquent accounts daily and check the aged balance
Prepare credit files for the opening of accounts receivable
Analyze credit files and release customer orders
Send copies of invoices and statements of account upon request
Negotiate payment arrangements
Sending bad payers to collection
Continuous improvement of the receivables cycle in the ERP
Reconciliation
Account for cash in the systems
Apply payments (check, credit card, transfer or cash)
Intercompany invoicing
Accounts Payable (10%)
Accounting for transportation and fuel costs
Support Accounts Payable in busy periods
Qualifications
- DEP/ AEC or Certificate (Mandatory)
- Experience: Accounting: 1 year (Desirable)
- Advanced French, functional English
