Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITES:
•Coordinating inventory and sales process for an established group of accounts, including:
oEnsure sales vehicles meet specifications by: receiving condition reports, assessing and obtaining authorization for repairs and preparing necessary work order forms
oCoordinates the inventory and sale of vehicles by: entering data into the system, transmitting data to customer’s computer systems, selecting vehicles to be featured on the internet, generating sales agreements and determining vehicle line ups
•Generates/prepares reports by gathering data from computerized systems (i.e. inventory reports and sales summary)
•Ensures customer satisfaction by communicating with clients; identifying & resolving issues in a timely manner
•Process payments, transmit sale & file sales transactions in a timely manner
•Oversee Accounts Receivable for their accounts
•Dealing with redemptions and personals
Qualifications
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
•3 to 5 years’ administrative experience
•Commercial Accounts experience coupled with AMS and MS office applications is a definite asset
•Automotive knowledge with the ability to appraise vehicles is an asset
•Must be able to Multi-task
•Be able to identify value added repairs
•A process minded individual who can quickly evaluate situations, implement solutions and work well in a very fast-paced environment
•Strong customer service and communication skills
•Self-starter who can assess work volumes and ensure timely completion of these prioritized tasks.
•Must be able to work with minimal supervision
•Excellent organizational and time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines and SLA requirements.
