Are you a RIBO licensed Sales/Service Insurance professional, looking for an amazing permanent job opportunity in Mississauga to work for a successful and growing Insurance brokerage? If so, you're in luck! We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager with prior experience in either Personal lines or Commercial lines, to start as soon as possible!

As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you'll be managing the entire Insurance policy life-cycle, from receiving a lead, marketing out and quoting premiums, binding Insurance, and providing high level client service to foster a great relationship with the client moving forward.

What YOU will be doing as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager:

• Rating, and issuing new insurance policies
• Providing an exceptional level of client service to the departments client pool, ensuring that all their insurance needs are met at all times relating to their Property and Casualty commercial insurance needs.
• Understanding each client's risk management needs to identify gaps in coverage and loss exposures and recommend insurance coverage in a consultative manner
• Handling client inquiries via email and phone, responding promptly and ensuring high level client satisfaction
• Processing certificates, renewals, and endorsements.
• Managing accounts receivable/invoicing, as well as claims initiation processes.
• Remaining current in your knowledge of and ability to explain personal insurance solutions
• To serve clients with both caring and due haste whenever they have an urgent need, claim, or are otherwise seeking support

What YOU bring to the table:

MUST have 1 to 5 years of Property & Casualty Insurance experience. Commercial Insurance strongly preferred, open to Personal Insurance experience as well
Must have an active RIBO license
• Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented personality
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, and working with computers/various software comfortably.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Great attention to detail in all that you do
• Willingness to learn and grow within your role
• Positive attitude with flexibility to support the team with any needs that come up
