We are looking for a Property Administrator for a permanent, full-time in-office position. This is a great opportunity to work for a company that offers continued growth, development, and long-term advancement opportunities.
If selected, you will respond/resolve tenant inquiries, draft all tenant communication materials, maintain accurate tenant lease information in MRI software, review monthly rent roll to ensure accuracy for billing, assist with coding all expenses, maintain insurance certificates as well as assist in preparing monthly reports.

Responsibilities
-manage lease and legal administration process
-build and maintain positive tenant relationships
- Working on accounts receivables (AR) and accounts payables (AP)
-maintain organized filing systems for tenants and vendors
-process rent payments and cheque requisitions
-issue legal notices and manage corresponding deadlines
-prepare and process collections for overdue accounts
-organize and perform move-in and out inspections
-prepare and distribute notices
Qualifications
-Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience with property administration
-Previous administrative experience preferred
-Proficient with Microsoft Office
-Yardi and Angus are assets
-Passionate about customer service and always looking for ways to go above and beyond
-Nimble + adaptable with strong organizational skills
-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations
-Interested in property management
-Post Secondary education
