Salary : $33.40-$65.75 based on apprenticeship and certifications
Overtime: Daily after 4:30pm
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8.5 hours per day between 7:30am to 4:30pm
Rate increases every spring
On call rotation: 3 or 4 times per year
Vacation: Starting at 3 weeks per year

•Sponsoring 313A apprentices 2nd-5th year
•Medical benefits and insurance 100% paid by employer

•Pension contribution paid by employer per hours worked and paid out monthly as of start date
•Service vehicle provided as of start date
•Non-unionized environment
•Specialty tools provided
Responsibilities
As a 313A Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician in Ottawa, a normal day would include:
•Performing repairs and maintenance on systems located outdoors, boiler and mechanic rooms
•Completing system installations
•Operating Building Automation Systems and control equipment as needed
•Responding to emergency service calls when on call
•Working at heights, in confined spaces and safely lift heavy loads as needed
•Providing excellent customer service to clients
Qualifications
This could be the right opportunity for you:
•Must be a 313A Journeyperson
•Must have G2 or G1 gas license
•Québec license CNP 7313 mécanicien/mécanicienne de réfrigération et d'air climatisé CNP 7313 also accepted
•Must have experience working as a technician in commercial and industrial sectors
•Must be able to complete a cleared criminal background check and clean driving abstract
•Ability to work alone or with a team
