Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
-Lead the coordination efforts for a range of company events, including Employee Awards and Trade Shows, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.
-Craft engaging and informative communications, including emails and newsletters, to disseminate event information and details to our stakeholders.
-Actively participate in event management, taking charge of tasks such as event setup, registration, and overseeing audio/visual requirements.
-Prepare, organize, and transport event equipment and materials as needed.
-Maintain effective communication and rapport with diverse event attendees.
-Innovate and propose fresh ideas to enhance our event planning and execution processes.
-Provide support to the Internal Communications team on various ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications
-Hold or have completed a Bachelor's Degree program or its equivalent, with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Public or Media Relations, or a related field.
-Possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience in delivering outstanding in-person customer service.
-Familiarity with tools like Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint is advantageous.
-Exhibit a strong aptitude for rapid learning and adapting to new challenges.
-Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-Collaborative spirit with excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.
-Showcase resourcefulness and a knack for creative problem-solving.
