Responsibilities
In this Compensation Consultant role in Guelph, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead job evaluation and compensation programs while aligning with organizational goals and facilitating joint committees.
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations for complex compensation matters.
- Collaborate with the HR team in organizational restructuring and new process implementations.
- Conduct thorough analyses of compensation programs for equity, competitiveness, and compliance.
- Offer analytical and advisory support for collective bargaining and people data management.
Qualifications
In this Compensation Consultant role in Guelph, you need the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in navigating matrix environments and adept at managing their intricacies.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive job evaluations.
