If you are all the above, we have an exciting Compliance Administrator role with one of the top consulting firms in Canada. We are looking to hire a dynamic and adaptable candidate to take on a 6 month contract as a Compliance Administrator in downtown Toronto.

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• ensure contracts are up to date and new requirements are updated
• ensuring internal and external stakeholders are abiding policies and regulations
• liaising with consultants and clients to resolve contract issues
• ensuring administrative compliance processes are completed based off of MSAs
• responding to client requests for compliance requirements
• working with third-party vendors to ensure checks are verified
• managing insurance compliance requirements are up to date
• identifying and flagging outliers
• pulling reports and conducting analysis
• prepare for audit checks

Qualifications
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate setting
• 1+ years of compliance experience
• must have a high attention to detail and is able to meet tight deadlines
• strong problem solver who is able to deal with diverse personalities
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• self starter with a positive attitude
• successful candidate must be able to complete a criminal background check

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
• experience reviewing contracts and MSAs are an asset
• experience in the legal industry is an asset
• quality assurance experience is an asset
