The incumbent acts as a content expert and resource person with members of his unit and customers. She is responsible for projects, mandates and development activities relating to her area of ​​expertise. She may be called upon to coordinate and "coach" professionals from her unit.

Main responsibilities
§ Act as a content expert in relation to his area of ​​expertise with customers and his unit;
§ Advise and support its customers in the development, implementation, implementation and follow-up relating to the various mandates carried out;
§ Functionally supervise, if necessary, the work of professionals in the context of projects or operational mandates;
§ Ensure the efficient use of practices, procedures, methodologies and tools while aiming to achieve the unit's objectives;
§ Collaborate in the development of policies, standards, models and programs in support of the unit's projects and mandates;
§ Ensure a watchdog role in order to understand and anticipate trends in his area of ​​expertise and make appropriate recommendations in order to ensure the development of best practices for the company.

Feasibility study
· Acts as feasibility study manager for the best business

Design
· Collaborate with the solution architecture advisor in developing the solution in line with the orientations and targets, as identified by
enterprise architecture and provided by the solution architecture consultant;
· Identify operational issues and problems, in order to proactively provide comments and possible solutions to meet the needs of the project at the best possible cost;
· Validate that the proposed solution is "operationalizable", exploitable and respects technological frameworks;
· Write documentation (deliverables and / or activities) according to the framework of project deliverables;

Detailed engineering
· Analyze, develop and design the detailed technological architecture of the solution in collaboration with other engineering advisers, technical experts and partners;
· Fully assume the leadership expected of the advisor in his technical tour;
· Proactively obtain from technical experts and partners the information necessary to perform detailed engineering within the agreed deadlines;
· Validate all the information provided and ensure that it is consistent and fits perfectly into the solution;
· Ensure that the solution meets the needs stated during the design phase and reduces the impact on the obsolescence of the solution;
· Ensure that the solution complies with technological frameworks and operationalization criteria;
· Support the operating team in the implementation of the solution and in the operationalization

· Mastery of virtualization concepts
· Advanced knowledge of CITRIX, VMWARE, Windows Infrastructure, AD, Azur AD, GPO, Office 365 ecosystem
· Advanced knowledge Security, Telecom,
· Intermediate knowledge of scripting languages ​​(VBS, PowerShell, SQL)
· Intermediate knowledge of packaging technologies (App-V, MSI, etc.)
· Intermediate knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) management software
