Construction Manager

We are currently looking to speaking with candidates with this background for a permanent role, working largely in the Greater Toronto area. While still employing your trade as a carpenter in a commercial construction setting, we are looking for a talented and experienced carpenter able to manage and oversee all trades on the site, as well as planning and communicating with the project supervisors and clients as well.

Responsibilities
- Commercial installation and renovation carpentry
- Management and organization of all trades
- Communication and planning involving project supervisors and clients

Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Experience as a general contractor, or similar background is an asset
- Valid class 5 driver's license and working vehicle
- Able to meet job health and safety requirements
