Develop annual business plans that include business unit growth strategy with sales, gross margin, and departmental budgets. Develop quarterly/monthly initiatives and clearly communicate the progress to the leadership team Manage, grow and improve the operations and revenue of the service, rebuild and spare part departments. Report weekly invoiced sales and forecast monthly sales compared to budget Ensure service technicians are being utilized to their maximum potential Calculate and track month end metrics and budgets. Maintain information in ERP system to ensure accurate invoicing, costing and inventory Continually improve customer experience by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes. Provide employee mentorship, performance feedback, and opportunities for development Knowledgeable in end-to-end parts sales process and equipment servicing/repair processes Ensures sales order, purchase order, and or service/work order documentation are accurate, legible, and complete. Monitor, maintain and improve - productivity, proficiency, and efficiency of the service and parts associates Liaise closely with field service reps and internal operations teams to help ensure effective project management is delivered to clients. Ensure that policies and procedures are followed. Act as an escalation point and problem solver for customers, and parts/service team. Develop training offerings for customers and parts and service personnel. Responsible for accurate pricing, generating parts and service revenue.
