Responsibilities
As a supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of residential and commercial window installations.
Your keen attention to detail will be critical, as you will be responsible for inspecting and assisting with installations, immediately identifying any discrepancies.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Receiving and reviewing work orders, coordinating site visits with your team.
Leading your team in window installations and conducting Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) checks.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Repairs and adjustments to exterior window and PVC window products, including assisting in re-glazing PVC window products.
Providing accurate estimates for completion time and identifying necessary parts.
Taking on a leadership role in problem resolution, fostering improved working relationships among the team.
Providing motivation, coaching, and mentorship for your team.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
5+ years of hands-on experience in final stage residential and / or commercial construction, specializing in installation of windows and doors.
3+ years of proven experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
Red Seal Carpenters are a preferred (but a JM / RSE ticket is not mandatory).
Flexibility in being able to work Saturdays on occasional projects if dictated by client availability.
Adaptability in being to address client needs and being a part of creative solutions when needed.
