Do you have you Canadian Securities Course designation? Do you have strong communication skills and 2 years of customer service and call centre experience? If so, we have the role for you!

Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a Contact Centre Representative for a 3 month contract in Downtown Toronto with potential extension!

Hours of Work: Monday- Friday, requires availability from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (7.5 hour shift scheduled during those times)

Pay rate: Pay: $20.02/hr

As a Contact Centre Representative your main job responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming inquiries through phone or email (90% phone)
- Preparation of amended/canceled/new tax slips as required for multiple line of business
- Escalate issues when necessary
- Provide partners with the necessary calculations related to the financial information on tax slips.
- Help ensure that the team's daily deadlines and goals are met.

- Canadian Securities Course designation (CSC)
- 2 years call centre experience
