Do you have previous call centre and customer service experience? Are you eager to work for a top 5 bank? If so, we have the role for you!

Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a Contact Centre Representative for a 6 month contract in Toronto with potential for extension!

Hours of Work: Mon - Fri 1-9pm; Saturdays 9am-8pm (shifts will be scheduled within this time)

Pay rate: Pay: $17.75/hr

As a Contact Centre Representative your main job responsibilities include:
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
- Responsible for determining the client's issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.
- Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.
- Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.

- 2 years call centre experience
- 2 years customer service
- Bilingual in French and English (nice to have)
