Accountable
Ensure liaison among all stakeholders on the various projects
Provide context for global challenges and propose solutions tailored to the different stakeholders of the company
Responsible
Assist managers in the deployment of continuous improvement projects
Help develop and implement lean manufacturing tools
Assist managers in identifying and analyzing operational and administrative problems related to business processes
Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations
Support and guide teams in the deployment of projects
Help resolve problems
Facilitate meetings and share information with the teams and the group
Support teams in achieving objectives
Ensure buy-in from the various strategic units
Deliver continuous improvement training
Commit. Evolve. Preserve.
