Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Continuous Improvement Lead‘s mission is to ensure compliance with our Quality processes / procedures and progress on deploying and sustaining all elements of the lean production system (LPS) and promote and support continuous improvement mindset growth and methods applications in your site.

Own continuous improvement (CI) levers and pillars within the plant
Ensuring compliance with our Quality Procedures and minimize quality issues
Support and track continuous improvement projects to improve processes
Reduce planned downtime by reducing changeover/cleaning time through standardization

Share best practices with CI Leads across other sites and leverages other site learnings at their site
Ensure that standards are adhered to across systems
Provide input on overall pillar implementation plans
Coach site leadership team to increase maturity of their respective pillars
Help coach other Line Centric Team (LCT) members on CI initiatives and processes
Ensuring strict compliance with our Quality Procedures and minimize quality issues
