Accountable

Own continuous improvement (CI) pillar within the plant
Support, prioritize and track continuous improvement projects to improve processes
Conduct loss analysis to identify areas of improvement

Responsible

Share best practices with CI Leads across other sites and leverage other site learnings at their site
Ensure that standards are adhered to across systems and monitor the health of the lean production system
Provide input on overall pillar implementation plans
Improve problem solving culture and help coach site leadership on CI initiatives and processes
Manage site cost savings program, the sustainability development program and CAPEX projects
Support the onboarding of new hire on LPS
