Participates in implementing corporate goals.

Represents client in industry meetings and committees.

Supports interaction with key account customers.

May be called upon to act as a team or project leader.

REQUIREMENTS:

Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.

Registered Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario
4+ years of Engineering experience.

Electrical distribution system planning and/or design experience is preferred.

Project Management experience PMP certification preferred
Knowledge and experience in Alteryx and Tableau is an asset

Fluent in the application of information technology, such as general office software, CAD, AM/FM, engineering records, and specialized engineering application software.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Effective skills in project management operations, budgeting, business process and productivity improvements.

Self-motivated, operates with a high degree of independence and can visualize possibilities and opportunities.

Aptitude and experience in adapting to, managing and facilitating change, willing to challenge the status quo.

Proven effective problem-solving and analytical ability.

Proven conflict resolution skills.

Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to predict and understand technological trends and their effect on business or strategic work plans.
