Our client, a leading health technology firm, at their office in Markham is looking for a Contract Administrator. You will work full-time hours and earn $24.88 per hour on a 4-month contract (with the possibility of extension), and be responsible for the following:

• Sales Support to prepare service quotes for Commercial Account Managers
• Focal point for the sales inquiries, such as administrative processes, and support on issues to reach resolution
• Review and negotiate contractual details, including specifications, price, date of delivery and contractual provisions.
• Prepares proposal for major contracts.

Qualifications
• 0-2 years of experience in position or specialization.
• Education: High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French language preferred
• Ability to work cohesively and effectively with employees at all levels / departments of the organizations
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and prioritize
• Above average organizational skills to effectively meet deadlines
• Ability to work effectively within a defined structure
