Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and callers regarding the organization and its services.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate recipients.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficient in using telephone systems, office equipment, and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email, calendar management).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work on a contract basis, covering temporary staffing needs or extended leaves.
