Responsibilities
What will you be doing?

• Perform electro-mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all plant equipment
• Troubleshoot and adjust various drives & instrumentation devices such as encoders, transducers, thermo-couplers within a PLC circuit
• Perform mechanical maintenance on hydraulic & pneumatic systems and associated equipment (pumps, motors, etc.)
• Performing minor fixes
• Continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?

• Licensed Electricians, 309 or 442A
• Previous experience in an automated environment - such as metal stamping
• Ideal candidate is outgoing, open to learning, and is not afraid to ask questions
• Strong Working knowledge and experience with troubleshooting using Allan Bradley PLC’s and related equipment required (Micrologix, SLC500, Logix5, ControlLogix Controllers & A/B VFD’s)
• Capable of reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical drawings, P&ID’s and machinery schematics
