We are currently seeking a top Conveyancer for our client within the property industry here in Victoria, BC.

This role requires someone who is detail-orientated, a team player, contributes to a collaborative, positive environment, and has excellent computer and data entry skills.

Opportunity: Full time, permanent position
Location: Victoria BC
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm
Salary: Competitive based on experience
Start: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry of new transactions
• Review of completeness
• Calculating commission amounts
• Drafting and sending instruction letters to lawyers
• Speaking with law office personnel
• Responding to inquiries
• Setting of reminders and tracking key stages of the process
• Entry of trust and excess deposits
• Uploading into document management systems
• Closing collapsed deal files
• Reconciling expenses
• Assisting accounts payable and receivable as needed

You have:
• At least 2 years' experience as a Conveyancer
• Experience with various conveyance software and/or accounting software
• Excellent computer skills including a range of modern, cloud-based document management systems
• Strong communication skills
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Organised with the ability to track and handle lots of moving parts
• A positive attitude and self-motivation
