From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. OR from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (to be agreed upon hiring).

Responsibilities
Assist technicians and representatives on the road for sample shipments, billing reports and to document files.
Assist the sales team in entering orders arriving by email
Opening and creating folders and accounts
Prepare quotes and commercial proposals in collaboration with the sales team
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper fulfillment of orders
Participate in the analysis of sales performance and propose improvements

Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset.
Good knowledge of computer tools and sales management software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
Ability to work effectively in a team and under
