Randstad Staffing, Canada's largest staffing agency is currently looking for an experienced corporate legal assistant to join a dynamic law firm downtown here in Winnipeg.

Are you a legal assistant with a minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate commercial and real estate law? Are you interested to join a young dynamic law firm downtown Winnipeg? Do you enjoy working independently? Do you have outstanding organization, communication and interpersonal skills?

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Corporate records maintenance
- Corporate searches, name searches and certificate of status requests
- Opening/Closing files
- Maintaining minute books,
- Prepare Real Estate documents, transactions and conduct tax and title searches
- Client and Realtor communication in a professional manner
- Manage closing dates able to meet deadlines
- Other administrative duties as assigned

- $35,000 - $42,000 / year depending on experience
- Permanent full time opportunity

- Monday - Friday daytime hours (between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm)

- 2 weeks vacation

- Successful completion of the Legal Assistant program
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in Corporate Commercial and Real Estate law
- Outstanding communication skills, ability to work independently and being a self starter
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of basic legal concepts, principles and terminology
- Strong work ethic, great energy and able to become part of a close-knit team environment
