Randstad Staffing, Canada's largest staffing agency is currently looking for an experienced Paralegal to join a dynamic law firm downtown here in Winnipeg for a 14 month term.

Are you a Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate commercial and real estate law? Are you interested to join a young dynamic law firm in the heart of the exchange district for a 14 month term? Do you enjoy working independently? Do you have outstanding organization, communication and interpersonal skills?
If you answered yes to all of the above, we would love to hear from you!

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Corporate records maintenance
- Corporate searches, name searches and certificate of status requests
- Opening/Closing files
- Maintaining minute books,
- Prepare Real Estate documents, transactions and conduct tax and title searches
- Client and Realtor communication in a professional manner
- Manage closing dates able to meet deadlines
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Successful completion of the Legal Assistant program
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in Corporate Commercial and Real Estate law
- Outstanding communication skills, ability to work independently and being a self starter
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of basic legal concepts, principles and terminology
- Strong work ethic, great energy and able to become part of a close-knit team environment
