Looking to expand on your professional experience as a Receptionist? We're looking for personable and highly professional individuals with previous experience as a receptionist to join our client, a professional services consulting company, located in their downtown Toronto office.

As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
* Welcoming clients, guests, and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
* Answering multi-line phone system/Switchboard
* Consistently organizing and have ready for use boardrooms for client meetings (including tidying after meetings)
* Issuing and coordinating colleague access cards (following security protocols at all times)
* Arranging transportation (i.e. taxi) for clients upon requests
* Document management and sorting/processing mail and email
* Other administrative duties as needed

Work for a professional services consulting company
Downtown Toronto location
Transit accessible (close to Union Station)
3 month assignment
Start date - As soon as possible

Do you have the required skills for the Receptionist position in Toronto?

Previous reception experience (minimum 1 year of corporate experience)
