As a Corporate Receptionist for this executive search firm, you will not only be the face of the team but will be given the opportunity to be consistently engaging with C-suite executives and senior management from all different industries.
Advantages
-part-time contract (minimum 3 days a week)
-competitive pay from $20 to $23 hourly
-8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities
-answering phone calls and emails
-greeting visitors by warmly welcoming and directing them appropriately
-speaking to and addressing the concerns of customers
-administrative duties on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
- previous experience as a receptionist in an office setting
- administrative experience
- customer service oriented
-strong communication skills - verbal and written
-professionalism, diplomatic, and tactful
-strong Microsoft Office proficiency
-high attention to detail and ability to multi-task
-personable and positive attitude
