    Are you an experienced front desk, guest services, receptionist or hospitality professional? Do you like working in a corporates environment with a Fortune 150 firms?

    As a Corporate Receptionist, you serve as a point of contact to team members and visitors at the front desk, as a face of the office. This role is a 2 year contract. This role requires a minimum of 1 year full time experience , Hospitality education/experience is an asset.

    Responsibilities
    As a Corporate Receptionist your responsibilities are but not limited to:

    - Greet employees, clients, visitors and any applicants at the front desk with professionalism
    - Assist/Escort the visitors to their relevant places in the office through conducting registration and badging approval
    - Issue visitor passes and validate parking for the visitors
    - Handle telephonic conversation for any inbound or outbound communication
    - Manage correspondences through email as necessary per code of conduct
    - Organize calendars, prepare meeting and book conference rooms.
    - Maintain cleanliness at the front desk area and any other common area as necessary
    - Work directly with housekeeping and building services team for general upkeep of the office
    - Maintain records and logs of any service requests for the building and track their status
    - Maintain the database for any hospitality services like transportation, tickets, reservations accommodations etc
    - Support and thrive in a collaborative environment with the rest of the team members and work in alignment with the workplace standards
    - Distribute mail as necessary
    - Any other miscellaneous admin tasks as necessary

    Qualifications
    As a Corporate Receptionist you must quality

    - High school diploma or GED required. Hospitality education is an asset
    - Minimum of 1 years experience in Front desk, customer service or hospitality, concierge
    - High level of customer service experience required
    -Proficiency with MS Office Suite land any other in house software
    -Strong organizational and problem solving skills with a high level of urgency
    -Represent professional and engaging demeanor when conducting business and communication
    -Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively to third party vendors and stakeholders
    - Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret figures such as percentages
    - Ability to work flexible work schedule based on office needs and emergencies
