Position: Corporate Travel Consultant
Salary : 45 000 - 50 000
Schedule: 35/hr week 7:30am to 3:30pm
Type of position: Permanent full-time 375 hrs/week

Responsibilities
Your daily routine will look like:
- Carry out the complete planning of business trips for the clients entrusted to you.
- Make reservations (flight-car-accommodation-train, etc....) and proceed with the issuance of tickets and the - - --------- invoicing of commercial accounts.
- Ensure a precise and punctual follow-up of your files (schedule changes, refunds, complaint management,).
- Ensure that you are up to date on travel news and technologies.
Qualifications
Qualifications needed for this position:
- Travel Counselor Certificate from the Consumer Protection Bureau.
- 2+ years experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of PC Travel and the Apollo (Smartpoint) system.
- Good knowledge of ticketing.
- Ability to use different software (Office suite, Teams and others).
- Bilingualism (French and English)
- Be available for on-call duty on weekends. ( 1 time every 3 weeks)
