Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Vice President of Finance, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Analyze standard labor, material and manufacturing costs versus actual costs and explain variances
- Validation of the margin by product group
- Analyze and explain inventory cycle count discrepancies and support cycle counts on all inventoried items
- Participate in the improvement of inventory management and cost accounting practices by researching and proposing the best strategies
- Work closely with the production team
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- CPA title (an asset) or in the process of obtaining
- French-speaking environment
- Functional English
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Excellent stress management
- Demonstrate rigor, analytical mind and attention to detail
