Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email or call.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and resolve them in the most cost effective manner possible - using diagnostic procedures
- Enter all data and requests made into the CRM
Qualifications
The qualifications required for this position are :
- Bilingualism required (English/French)
- High school diploma
- 1 to 3 years experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of the fitness industry an asset
- Good ability to work with the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Zendesk an asset
