Your main tasks will be:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email or call.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and resolve them in the most cost effective manner possible - using diagnostic procedures
-Enter all data and requests made into the CRM
-Handling between 10 to 45 tickets a day
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
The qualifications required for this position are :
Bilingualism required (English/French)
-High school diploma
-1 to 3 years experience in a call center environment
-Good ability to prioritize
-Good ability to work in a team
-Ability to take initiative
-Good ability to work with the Microsoft Office suite
-Experience with Zendesk an asset
-Knowledge of the fitness industry
