    Randstad Canada is looking to hire 2 BOX CLAMP FORKLIFT OPERATORS (COUNTERBALANCE ELECTRIC) for one of our insulation manufacturing clients in Brampton. We currently have jobs available for afternoon shifts. Are you good to work in environments with a smell and moisture from various insulation manufacturing? Do you have at least 3 YEARS of Box Clamp Counterbalance forklift experience?

    **FOR FULL-TIME CANDIDATES ONLY WHO ARE AVAILABLE TO WORK FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS**

    **MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING IN A PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT**

    **MUST HAVE 3 YEARS OF COUNTERBALANCE EXPERIENCE**

    Advantages
    - Training will be given to learning skills on operating a Box clamp attachment
    - Monday to Friday shifts available with occasional overtime on Saturday (based on business needs)
    - AFTERNOON SHIFT: 3 pm to 11:30 pm Monday to Friday
    - Hourly pay of $20 per hour (paid out weekly in your bank account on SIN ONLY)
    - Clean, well-managed workspace.
    - Transit accessible.

    Responsibilities
    The following duties are NOT limited to:
    - Operate Box clamp counterbalance forklift - (MUST have minimum 3 yrs forklift experience)
    - Participate in general labor duties (2-3 hours in a shift every day)
    - Prepare pallets and wrap the skids, load & unload trucks
    - Pick, Prepare & pack cartons and bags at the end of the production line
    - Participate in 5S cleaning activities
    - Inspect products for quality assurance
    - Work closely with the machine operator on daily production tasks
    - Able to lift 35+ lbs
    - Fluent in English

    Qualifications
    - MUST have 3 years of experience in Counterbalance forklift
    - MUST be willing to learn how to operate a BOX clamp forklift
    - MUST be willing to undergo a criminal background check
    - Face Mask required
    - CSA Approved Steel Toe shoes required
