Crane Service Technician - $35 to $45 an hour - Thunder Bay

Are you an experienced Crane Service Technician or an electrician with crane experience looking to make a change in the Thunder Bay area? Do you love getting out on the road, interacting with clients and working with your hands? We are looking for a licensed Electrician that has experience maintaining large, overhead cranes in a variety of industrial environments. This role will cover the Thunder Bay service area. You’ll be paid between $35 and $45 an hour based on your experience. You’ll be provided with a company vehicle, company cell phone and uniforms. You'll also stay at the top of your game through regular development and training.

Responsibilities
- interacting with customers on a daily basis
- troubleshooting increasingly technical/ automated cranes
- troubleshooting VFD's, motors
- working at heights (25+ feet) regularly
- maintaining accurate work logs
- communicate with colleagues and Service Manager effectively
Qualifications
- valid 442A or 309A Electrician license
- previous experience with VFD's or PLC's an asset
- strong customer service skills
- clear driver abstract
- ability to work as part of a team or independently
