Responsibilities
- Develop and refine creative concepts for fundraising campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and mission.
- Work closely with editors, post-production managers, and other team members to bring concepts to life. Provide creative direction and feedback throughout the production process.
- Maintain direct communication with clients, understanding their needs and presenting creative solutions. Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Oversee the review of creative outputs, ensuring they meet high standards and client expectations.
- Occasionally travel to the U.S. to meet with clients or attend project-related events (travel ability required).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years in a creative leadership role, preferably with experience in fundraising or working with non-profits.
- Proficient in PowerPoint. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere for editing and Adobe After Effects for graphics and VFX is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing scenarios.
- A background in non-profit organizations or agencies supporting non-profits.
- Experience in writing is nice to have but not required.
- Fundraising experience (10 years preferred but flexible).
- Strong creative conceptualization and brainstorming capabilities.
- Effective client management and communication skills.
- Must be highly collaborative with a team-oriented approach.
- Looking for a mission-driven individual with a genuine passion for non-profit work.
- Someone who has strong emotional intelligence and a kind, inclusive attitude with zero ego.
