The credit and collections analyst will be responsible for the follow up with clients with unpaid invoices, mainly by email, for our US client base. You will be responsible for advance payments, and will ensure that all payments are applied accordingly.

Responsibilities
•Analyse customer accounts and carry out account tracking activities daily.
•Prepare bank deposits and apply payments daily.
•Follow up on payments and discrepancies.
•Investigate and resolve customer queries.
•Provide credit reference upon request.
•Reconcile customer accounts.
•Assist with month end reporting and closing.
•Maintain a courteous and harmonious business relationship internally and with customers.
•Ensure that credit rules and procedures are applied in accordance with guidelines.
Qualifications

- Strong English skills, functional French
- Demonstrate analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and thoroughness

- Demonstrate autonomy
