Responsibilities
• Collecting overdue accounts;
• releasing credit hold orders;
• Researching and documenting collection activity;
• Research disputes and invoicing discrepancies;
• Setting up credit limits;
• Hard and soft collections;
• Monthly reporting, account reconciliations;
• Assessing credit worthiness of accounts;
• Regular account maintenance.
Qualifications
• Candidate with at least 3 -5 years’ experience preferred
• Good negotiating and analytical skills.
• Great customer service ability
• Comfortable with MS Office.
• Good communicator and team player.
• Ability to handle a large volume of active accounts.
• Good written and verbal skills.
• Experience with JDE an asset.
• Candidates must be Bilingual in French and English (English is required as we do Business across Canada and the US).
