Responsibilities
Process requests for changes to contracts, such as refinancing or adjusting due dates.
Calculate new payment schedules when customers make unscheduled payments.
Communicate with customers and other parties during the contract modification process.
Record accounting data and follow-up with customers.
Prepare quotes and documents for contract adjustments.
Make adjustments to dealer, customer, and subsidy accounts.
Follow the organization's Code of Conduct and prioritize exceptional customer experiences.
Help improve the unit by identifying and resolving problems.
Qualifications
Good math skills, including basic arithmetic and some advanced math concepts.
Experience in evaluating creditworthiness and making decisions on credit extensions or collections.
Knowledge of financing and taxation principles, including interest rates, loans, credit, and taxation regulations and practices.
Ability to calculate casualty values and create schedules to reduce debt over time.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and the ability to verify financial information.
Ability to analyze business reports related to the business and equipment sales.
