•Support users in the day to day running of Microsoft CRM - Understand, capture and address user needs and requests.
•Prepare & adapt training material and conduct training for relevant users (e.g., new employee orientation)
•Gather, maintain, prioritize, and oversee CRM enhancements, including implementation and testing.
•Specific reporting for stakeholders, including the ability to create & alter dashboards, and visualizations across the business.
•Provide reporting and analytics on customer performance as required
•Perform day-to-day Dynamics 365 monitoring activities (ensuring data quality and accuracy)
•Interact and work with various Sales Managers, Executives team and stakeholders across the organization
